How free vending placement works
Four simple steps from first conversation to a stocked machine. You don’t buy anything, and you don’t run the machine.
Quick walk-through
We take a short look at your break room, hallway or common area. Can’t meet? Text a photo of the wall and outlet to 936-230-6492.
Confirm power, access and size
We confirm a standard grounded 120V outlet, access for service, and the right machine size for the space. If it’s not a good spot, we’ll say so.
Place and stock
We deliver and level the machine, load it with product, and post our service number on the unit.
Restock route and on-call service
We come back on a regular restock schedule based on how fast your location sells, and whenever you call about an issue.

The machine, product and payment hardware stay ours. You are not asked to buy inventory, collect money or repair anything.
Placement FAQs
What do you need from us?
A safe, level floor spot with room for the door to open, a standard grounded 120V outlet within cord reach, and reasonable access so we can restock and service. After-hours or badge-controlled sites need a contact who can let us in.
What if the machine breaks or eats someone’s money?
Call or text 936-230-6492 or email sales@SouthTexVending.com. We handle repairs and refunds. Your staff are not expected to pay people back.
How do we end a placement?
Either side can end it with 30 days’ written notice (email is fine). We remove the machine and leftover product on a scheduled visit.
Do you carry insurance?
Yes, we carry business insurance for placing and servicing vending equipment. We provide a certificate to you or your landlord on request before install.
We already have a vending machine. Can you help?
If service or variety has slipped, we’re happy to give you a backup option. Removing another company’s machine is between you and them.
